with farmers’ market vegetable medley & crab-meat

Jersey tomatoes with Burrata mozzarella, basil oil,
and seasonal roasted peppers Araganti

sauteed shrimp, cannellini beans over baby arugula

Second course (select one)

grilled Branzino fillet, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and capers,
served with Buena greens & roasted potatoes

Pollo Saltimbocca – tender chicken breast topped with provolone cheese
over gnocchi, gorgonzola & mixed mushrooms

grilled Sicilian eggplant parmigiana over angel hair, tomato & basil


Jersey peach almond tatin
